The MMA Conditioning Association (a division of NESTA – National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association) was founded in 2010 with the sole purpose of creating the world’s most elite strength and conditioning experts for combat sports. Students from around the world can earn the professional credential of a Certified MMA Conditioning Coach. The course is applicable for MMA fighters and coaches, sports and fitness training pros and traditional martial arts school owners.

The Certified MMA Conditioning Coaches of the MMACA have trained numerous champions of the UFC, Bellator MMA and OneFC. This is in addition to numerous boxing, kickboxing, karate, judo, jiu jitsu and wrestling champions around the world.

Former UFC Light-Heavy Weight Champion and Hall of Famer, Chuck “The Iceman” Liddell has partnered with the MMA Conditioning Association to add his decades of experience to the curriculum. Students will learn Chuck’s favorite workouts, drills, circuits, and his secrets to success. In addition, the core curriculum includes exercise science, sports nutrition, sports psychology, injury prevention, martial arts biomechanics, balance and flexibility training. These modules are taught by Ph.D. professors and award-winning fitness professionals.
